Hi, I'm Rachel!

I'm a Clinical Psychologist based here in Rockhampton. I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology, I'm a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I work with adolescents (15+) and adults for therapy, and across all ages for psychological assessment - in person, or over telehealth right across Australia.

Most of what brings people through my door is the everyday stuff - anxiety, depression and low mood, trauma, learning about neurodivergence, grief, or just feeling stuck in life's ups and downs. Whatever is showing up for you, my style is warm, real and down-to-earth. I lean on approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT and EMDR, and we'll build a plan together that actually fits your life.

Alongside everyday concerns like anxiety, low mood and life transitions, I also bring experience working in forensic and acute mental health settings - supporting people with substance use, emotion regulation difficulties, psychosis, and periods of crisis. Whatever has brought you here, my aim is to offer a space that feels grounded, collaborative, and free from judgement.

If this sounds like the right fit, I’d love to hear from you.
