Payment
Upon booking your appointment, you will receive an email to provide card details via Halaxy. Your payment will be processed via that card on the same day as your appointment.
If, for some reason, your payment is unable to be processed, you will be sent an invoice for immediate payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You will be unable to make a new appointment until your account is up to date.
Cancellations
You can notify us that you need to change or cancel your booking by emailing at racheldomoneypsychologist@gmail.com, or by texting/calling on 0401 389 856. I will accept a voicemail as cancellation.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee being charged. Please note that the Medicare Rebate or Health Insurance claims are not applicable to cancelled appointments.
Future bookings may be cancelled after you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting to reschedule.
Rebates

All clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan are eligible for a rebate on 10 individual sessions per calendar year. The rebate is currently $98.95. You will pay for your appointment in full and can choose how the rebate is processed:
process the claim yourself by supplying the paid invoice to Medicare
or, I can process the rebate on your behalf

You may request your paid invoice after the completed session to claim with your private health fund.
Please note, you cannot receive both the MHTP rebate and private health rebate.
